Create a PDF file.

1. After you have completed your newsletter,

2. Save the newsletter in a PDF (Portable Document Format) format.

    a. first go to:  http://www.cutepdf.com/

    b. select and download "CutePDF.  CutePDF Writer (Freeware)   Create professional quality PDF files from almost any printable document. FREE for personal and commercial use! No watermarks! No popup Web advertisements! Now supports 64-bit Windows. (Be sure to remember where you download the software folder to your computer, e.g., desktop.)

    c. Install "CutePDF" on your computer.

3. Select "print" for your newsletter.

4. Then select the printer.  There should be the option to print to "CutePDF".

5. After you have saved your newsletter in the PDF format, send the PDF file to me at jmckay@hmleague.org as and attachment.
