Keys

Instructors can pick up keys from the Vice Presidents Office of Instruction before 5 p.m.  It is located by the Clock Tower in the Library Building.  It is close to Washington Hall.  They will have three keys for you-one for the door of the building, the door to the room, and the door to the cabinets.  Each key will be marked.

 

These keys need to be picked up by 5 p.m.  If for some emergency reason (weather, traffic) you cannot make the 5 p.m. deadline, please call 360 736-9391 extension 262 (Connie) or 484 Cheryl.

 

Emergency Procedures

Handling emergencies at an on-campus location is the responsibility of the first staff member who is immediately available.  The procedure to follow is:

1.   Enlist the aid of a qualified, competent person(s) as needed.

2.   Determine the nature of the emergency.

3.   Make certain first aid is rendered as required.  Injured persons should receive help, but only to the extent that any person administering aid is qualified to do so, however, injured persons should not be moved or treated unless their lives are threatened by remaining as or where they are.

4.   Follow the victim's advice about calling parents and/or personal physician.

5.   Fill out an Incident Report Form available from the VP, Administration's Office.

In addition, there are emergency telephones located in buildings around campus. These phones are to reach 911 only. They are located in Lingreen, Kemp, Ehret and Washington Hall.

 

Building Information

WAH is the abbreviation for Washington Hall. Food & drink are NOT allowed in classrooms.

 

Heritage University pays extra for computer labs, so please be sure to utilize the computers if you request a lab. There will be a tech on site at the lab.

 

Number of someone if a VCR, LCD projector, does not work after you set it up.  After 5 p.m. Friday, there will be no one to contact.
