Title: Cancellation of Classes by Instructor

Policy:
An Instructor who is unable to meet a scheduled class will notify the Chair or Dean as soon as possible. If the Dean or Chair are not available, the Instructor will contact the office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Chair or Dean or VPAA office will notify students.
No instructor is authorized to cancel or re-schedule a class. The above notification must be given to the appropriate official who will secure another instructor, or cancel the class and contact students.
